A deposit of 50% of your stay is required to guarantee your booking. The balance is due when you arrive.
Check in time is 3pm on. Check out time is 11am.
Our cancellation policy is 14 days prior to the reservation. A cancellation less than 14 days is subject to a loss of the deposit less a $20 CDN processing fee.
No refunds will be made if you decide to shorten your stay after arrival.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable. They may be used for credit for a future booking within the parameters of the rate paid for and for one year after the original purchase date.

We are an adult oriented B&B. No smoking please, and sorry, no pets.

- DISCOUNTS:
  - 4 night stay discount of 10%
  - 5 night or more stay discount of 15%
All rates include a three course breakfast served to the room or at the common table.
